Perdaman Group recently acquired a new Konica Minolta photocopier from Scope. Prior to making this purchase the Perdaman Group went through audit process to ensure that purchasing process fair and reasonable. From the very first point of contact my experience with Scope has been second to none.We were shown various models, the differences in each were explained and time was taken by the Scope team to listen and learn what our requirements were which lead to what I believe in us making the correct purchase. At no time did they ever try to “upsell” to us or drown us in additional content and unwarranted software options.I can wholeheartedly say that our experience from the very first point of contact with Jackson and right through to training on the machine with Tony, everything has been exceptional, each and every team member has been not only helpful but also extremely pleasant. It’s a refreshing change to deal with a company that clearly has excellent high expectations of their team and clearly values their customers.

Be warned this place puts up their SERVICE CONTRACTS at will (an average of 3 times in a year) without notice - yes its hidden in the contract fine print and is why the Owner drives around town in a FERRARI and the latest MERCEDES - I was laughed at by the Sales Manager and owner and my partner was reduced to tears - RIP OFF MERCHANTS !!!

When you sign a contract with Scope as with any contract, there is a huge amount of fine print and legal T & C’s. Hidden in the fine print is the fact that Scope will increase your costs each and every year to a phenomenal amount. The Pushy Mandurah & Bunbury salesman explained nothing and just wanted a signature, I forced him to go through the contract and he failed to mention the increasing costs. He just wanted to get the signature and then run! I even asked if there were any hidden costs I should know about, and he failed to mention anything. I’m pretty sure this breaks consumer law but is a form of Consumer fraud. After three years of price hikes I used a different company who factored a little extra in to the costs to pay out the remaining Scope contract, and they fixed the pricing for the term of the contract. I saved a heap of money and the service was much better. With Scope once he has your signature the Mandurah & Bunbury salesman then become uncontactable, great customer service. So glad I changed supplier.
